TalkPro is a walkie talkie brand based out of Chennai, India. The company was
established in 1988 and since then it has been operating under CEO Capt. Anil Midha
Challenges:
TalkPro was into performance marketing since 2011 but during the past one year (2018)
the quality of enquiries deteriorated badly.

Objectives:

To optimise the Google Ads to improve the quality of leads.

Solution:

Campaign Restructuring : The campaigns were paused and were thoroughly analysed.
New Campaigns were created based on the required objective such as Awareness,
Desire or Action.

Exhaustive Keyword Research: Discovered keywords for each of their products
individually based on their product titles.Keywords were also divided based on the
frequency and probability of conversion. The junk search terms were filtered out.
Measuring the Peak time: The peak day and time was analysed along with low
competition and a mix of it was used to optimise the schedule of the ad.

Results:

1. Junk calls filtered out & quality of leads improved
2. Budget spend was increased three fold to Rs 15 Lakhs and ROI was 3X as
compared to previous year.
3. Retargeting led to better conversion and reduced Customer Acquisition Cos
