Challenges:

Paytm started a little late in the online gaming sector and by then Dream11 and Adda52
had occupied the market share in fantasy gaming and poker. Paytm faced a strong
challenge to create awareness among the audience that Paytm is much more than just
a payment platform and in fact it is way to deposit and withdraw money associated with
the first games app

Objectives:

To create awareness among the audience about Paytm First Games App without
changing the current brand image as their market leader in payments.

Solution:

Fotoplane came up with an idea of 4 video ads that would be distributed across all
media platforms including digital and non digital during Indian Premier League (IPL)
2020. The ads were scripted to meet the objective of creating awareness. The idea was
kept simple to show that prize money won on the Paytm First Games app can be easily
withdrawn to the Paytm Wallet. The ads were kept within the duration of 40 seconds.

TalkPro is a walkie talkie brand based out of Chennai, India. The company was
established in 1988 and since then it has been operating under CEO Capt. Anil Midha
Challenges:
TalkPro was into performance marketing since 2011 but during the past one year (2018)
the quality of enquiries deteriorated badly.

Objectives:

To optimise the Google Ads to improve the quality of leads.

Solution:

Campaign Restructuring : The campaigns were paused and were thoroughly analysed.
New Campaigns were created based on the required objective such as Awareness,
Desire or Action.

Exhaustive Keyword Research: Discovered keywords for each of their products
individually based on their product titles.Keywords were also divided based on the
frequency and probability of conversion. The junk search terms were filtered out.
Measuring the Peak time: The peak day and time was analysed along with low
competition and a mix of it was used to optimise the schedule of the ad.

Results:

1. Junk calls filtered out & quality of leads improved
2. Budget spend was increased three fold to Rs 15 Lakhs and ROI was 3X as
compared to previous year.
3. Retargeting led to better conversion and reduced Customer Acquisition Cos
